Secure a place to live as soon as possible. If you manage to secure a position with the two ski companies in Whistler - they offer staff housing at a discounted rate, but this is given on a " first come first served " basis and their number of rooms are limited. Housing can be obtained outside these two companies via local real estate offices, but these are also limited.

Some colleges have school lodges in Whistler, you will need to contact these direct and you will also have to vacate your room if the students have bookings to use the lodge during the ski season ( so only use as a last resort ).
