Nairobi is the capital city of the Eastern African country of Kenya along with being the International gateway for flights into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

If you are traveling to Kenya on an Australian passport, you do require a visa to enter the country.This can be obtained on arrival but you must pay in US$. A single entry visa is US$50.
Single entry visas can be pre-purchased in Australia for $95.00, which also allows entry into Tanzania and Uganda and re-entry to Kenya. Multiple entry visas are $190.00 and both have a validity of 3 months.
Visa applications can be processed through the High Commission of Kenya.
